The first annual Cars Against Cancer event was held on August 6th, 2023, from 8am-11am at Bill McAnally Racing Napa Auto Care located at 900 Riverside Avenue, Roseville.

Thanks to you and your support, the 2023 First Annual Cars Against Cancer Car Show raised $3,010! This money went to the Placer County Relay for Life on August 12th and all of the proceeds raised from that event went to the American Cancer Society.
